Keynote Presentation to Address Hydrogen Sulfide and Sulfur Dioxide in Wine

Dr. Gavin Sacks, Professor and Associate Chair of Food Science at Cornell University in New York, will be this year’s keynote speaker for the 72nd ASEV National Conference. His address, “Reducible Complexity – The Knowns and Unknowns of Hydrogen Sulfide and Sulfur Dioxide in Wine,” will take place on Tuesday, June 22, at 10:30 a.m. PDT.

“I’m very pleased to have this opportunity,” said Dr. Sacks. “I came from a background outside of wine and grapes, and I was struck at my first ASEV meeting in 2008 by how welcoming the community was to new faces.”
