Willamette Valley Winery and Vineyard Tour: (Monday, June 18)
In-depth tours of three Willamette Valley vineyards.

Alternative Varieties Symposium: (Tuesday, June 19)
The purpose of the symposium is to bring awareness of alternative varieties available for the fine wine trade that are not “international varieties.” The symposium will include a panel discussion of industry speakers and a wine tasting representing the speakers’ regions.

Ralph Kunkee Seminar—Historical Review by Ralph Kunkee’s Prior Students & Those Working in His Field of Expertise:

This Ralph Kunkee half-day seminar will complete the conference week. Join us for a special presentation in regard to the newly generated genome sequence of Lactobacillus kunkeei.
