Treasury Wine Estates has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Technical Viticulturist. The primary purpose of this role is to support technical viticulture needs of Treasury’s Napa Valley vineyards. Qualified candidates will:

• Identify viticultural challenges and opportunities 
• Execute fruit quality enhancing techniques 
• Show effective project leadership 
• Demonstrate a proven track record in identifying, implementing and monitoring R&D programs

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a global organization as well as directly influence the grape quality and outcomes for our Napa Valley vineyards. 

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Viticulture or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in viticulture research, production and/or grower relations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and demonstrate the ability to influence and affect change, with a commitment to innovation and continual improvement.
