Arizona Stronghold Vineyards (ASV) is seeking an experienced Assistant Winemaker to manage the day-to-day cellar operations of our 20,000 case production winery. ASV is a family owned and operated winery situated in Northern Arizona’s Verde Valley. We are a leader in the burgeoning Arizona wine industry focused on crafting small lot, site specific bottlings and regional blends from 100% Arizona grapes. Through our custom crush program, we have helped launch over a dozen new vineyards and wineries.
The Assistant Winemaker should have 3 – 5 years winemaking/cellar experience, be comfortable managing a cellar crew and be able to think on their feet. This is a hands-on position and the Assistant Winemaker will need to be capable of performing any cellar task when called upon. In addition, the successful candidate will have a well-developed sense of fun and MUST LOVE CRUSH!
