  • Sponsor benefits will not be active until a completed Sponsorship Acceptance form and deposit are received.
  • Sponsor and the American Society for Enology and Viticutlure (ASEV) agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from and against all claims, actions, and liabilities including attorney’s fees which may be asserted by third parties in connection with sponsor’s or ASEV’s performance in regard to obligations as identified.
  • ASEV is not liable for power/equipment failure or facility unavailability.
