Oak in Winemaking Symposium, Tours and Tasting

Learn how using oak barrels impacts the quality and composition of wine at the 70th National Conference. This all-day symposium on June 18 includes a tour of one of two cooperages in Napa Valley and a tasting during the session at the Marriott.
