2015 Best Paper Awards

Join us in congratulating the ASEV 2015 Best Paper Award winners. The selected authors will be recognized in Portland, Oregon, at the 66th National Conference in June 15-19. The winning AJEV papers are available at www.ajevonline.org for free.

The winners are:

Best enology paper: “In-Line Measurement of Color and Total Phenolics During Red Wine Fermentations Using a Light-Emitting Diode Sensor” by researchers Nicholas L. Shrake, Rajeevan Amirtharajah, Charles Brenneman, Roger Boulton and André Knoesen of the University of California, Davis.

Best viticulture paper: “Persistence of Elemental Sulfur Spray Residue on Grapes During Ripening and Vinification” by Misha T. Kwasniewski of the University of Missouri, Gavin L. Sacks and Wayne F. Wilcox, both from Cornell University, New York.
