ASEV members have another opportunity to hear from one of the industry’s most respected voices in wine science, Dr. Laura Catena. The internationally recognized vintner, physician and thought leader returns as the keynote luncheon speaker along with Felicity Carter, the internationally acclaimed wine journalist, at the 2026 Unified Wine & Grape Symposium on January 27 in Sacramento, California.
With U.S. Dietary Guidelines under scrutiny and consumer perception shifting, Carter will moderate a dialogue with Dr. Catena to address what the science actually reveals and how the industry can communicate responsibly.
As an ASEV member, registration is discounted for the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium, where you have access to learning sessions, the largest tradeshow of its kind in America, but more importantly, the opportunity to meet and network with many of the winemaking and grapegrowing experts across the country.
