ASEV recognized six students for outstanding research presentations delivered during the 2026 National Conference.
Viticulture awards went to Taran Rowles of The Pennsylvania State University for oral presentation, Grace E. Lilly of Oregon State University for poster presentation and Anugya Bhattarai of the University of Tennessee for flash talk.
Enology awards went to Zoe Scott of Cornell University for oral presentation, Brandt Bastow of the University of California, Davis for poster presentation and Delaney Dyer of the University of California, Davis for flash talk.
ASEV thanks Lallemand for sponsoring the enology awards and J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines for supporting the viticulture oral presentation award. Congratulations to these students for clearly communicating research with the potential to benefit the wine and grape industry.
