Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Refer to your hotel confirmation for cancellation information.
You may cancel your reservation for no charge forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival. If reservations are NOT canceled prior to forty-eight (48) hours in advance, a “no-show” fee equivalent to one night’s room rent will be assessed.
Room Guarantee:
The hotel requires a guarantee of payment for all reservations. For individual call-in reservations, a credit card will be required at the time of booking. A rooming list can be guaranteed by a credit card or approved direct bill. Any fees resulting from late cancellations and no-shows will be charged to the method of guarantee.
All rates are subject to the prevailing state and local taxes. Currently, taxes total 13% and are subject to change. If Tax Exempt, please request the required form from your sales contact.
