2024 Best Papers Award Winners

This year’s Best Papers Award has been confirmed. The selected papers are highlighted in the American Journal of Enology and Viticulture (AJEV) and are available free of charge.
2024 Best Enology Paper: Hydrogen Sulfide Formation in Canned Wines Under Long-Term and Accelerated Conditions, a research report by Austin Montgomery, Rachel B. Allison, Julie M. Goddard, and Gavin L. Sacks* from the Department of Food Science at Cornell University, New York.
2024 Best Viticulture Paper: Biological Control of Botryosphaeria Dieback of Grapevines in British Columbia, Canada by authors Jinxz Pollard-Flamand, Julie Boulé, José Ramón Úrbez-Torres* of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Summerland Research and Development Centre; and Miranda Hart from the Department of Biology at The University of British Columbia, Canada.
Both papers will be presented at the National Conference in Portland, Oregon, in June.
