Inaugural Issue of Catalyst Debuted

The first issue of ASEV’s second peer-reviewed publication, Catalyst: Discovery into Practice, was debuted last month. The online publication is a free benefit for ASEV members, but this first issue is free for non-members as well. The issue contains articles on mechanical harvesting, creation and use of a Brettanomyces Aroma Wheel, Lactobacillus kunkeei as a wine spoilage agent and bee probiotic, and yeast hybrids in winemaking. To read the articles or for more information about the Catalyst, go to www.asevcatalyst.org.
