The Department of Food Science in Cornell’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences welcomes applications for a full-time Lecturer in Enology to teach courses in wine production and fermentation science.

The successful applicant will benefit from Cornell’s cutting-edge research and teaching resources, including new facilities for winemaking, brewing, distillation, and fruit wine production, housed in the recently renovated Stocking Hall Food Science Building.
