Opportunity: Kent State University at Ashtabula seeks candidates for a full-time, 9 month, non-tenure track position to teach undergraduate lecture and lab courses in Enology.

Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Food Science, Fermentation Science, Enology or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution is required. The successful candidate will teach in-person and distance learning classes, and develop and maintain relationships with grape and wine industry stakeholders, the University, and public. Strong candidates will also possess an understanding of Viticulture and Wine Sensory evaluation.
