Brief Job Description:
This enology specialist will work under direction of the University of Minnesota Grape Breeding and Enology project leader and collaborate with other members of the Department of Horticultural Science, the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, the Minnesota Grape Growers Association (MGGA), Minnesota Farm Winery Association (MNFWA), and Minnesota’s commercial wine industry. This position will involve research and outreach responsibilities winemaking and grape cultivar evaluation.
