Terms & Conditions

 

  • No refunds to or cancellation by sponsor will apply.
  • No endorsement or guarantee of any form is inferred.
  • There are no additional or exchange of benefits between companies, including for the trade show.
  • Sponsor benefits will not be active until a completed Sponsorship Acceptance form and deposit are received.
  • Sponsor and the American Society for Enology and Viticutlure (ASEV) agree to indemnify and hold each other harmless from and against all claims, actions, and liabilities including attorney’s fees which may be asserted by third parties in connection with sponsor’s or ASEV’s performance in regard to obligations as identified.
  • ASEV is not liable for power/equipment failure or facility unavailability.

Authorized submission above represents the Sponsor’s acceptance of Terms & Conditions as delineated in all pages of the Sponsorship & Advertising Opportunities brochure. This is a binding contract.

Payment Information
  • NOTE: PayPal registration is NOT required to make a credit card payment.
  • You will be redirected to the PayPal website upon submitting the form.  Please be sure to submit payment at that time.
     
  • Your benefits and recognition will be effective upon receipt of this form and payment in full.
  • Final payment and artwork (if applicable) are due no later than May 31, 2024 to ensure proper acknowledgment.
  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • After submitting the sponsorship form please submit your logo through the artwork submission form.
