The Department of Wine, Food and Molecular Biosciences is responsible for delivering both the Bachelor Degree and Graduate Diploma in Viticulture and Oenology and also has an active postgraduate programme in these fields.

Develop, teach, arrange, and promote Enology courses for the Two Year Associate of Applied Science Degree Program in Viticulture and Enology. Participate in collaborative promotional programs for the Southern Oregon Wine Institute at Umpqua Community College. Oversee the management of a new teaching winery and commercial scale winery incubator.
