WINE CHEMISTRY – The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and the Wine and Viticulture Department at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo invite applications for two full-time, academic year, tenure-track positions in applied wine chemistry anticipated at the Assistant Professor rank (exceptional candidates with extensive experience may be appointed at a higher rank) beginning September, 2014.
Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. The Colleges of Science and Agricultural Sciences seek applicants for a tenure-track faculty position in an area related to fermentation science. The position will support the newly formed Fermentation Science Institute and the appointment will be at the assistant professor rank.
