Chemistry & Measurement of SO2 Seminar

The Sulfur Dioxide seminar will present an historical overview of the use of SO2 in wines, discuss issues of domestic and international compliance, and summarize the antioxidant and antimicrobial chemistry of this compound. The seminar will then focus on a comparison of methods of analysis for SO2, including conventional methodologies as well as new and emerging technologies.
