Chemistry & Measurement of SO₂ Seminar

The Sulfur Dioxide seminar will present an historical overview of the use of SO₂ in wines, discuss issues of domestic and international compliance, and summarize the antioxidant and antimicrobial chemistry of this compound. The seminar will then focus on a comparison of methods of analysis for SO₂, including conventional methodologies as well as new and emerging technologies.
